Refund policy

Exchanges

Unstitched pieces can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.

Stitched and Customized Pieces

Stitched and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or an incorrect item received.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for change of mind. Where a refund is approved (e.g. item unavailable after order), it will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
